Addison Group is hiring a Benefits Analyst on behalf of our client to provide hands-on support for employee benefits administration, customer inquiries, and Open Enrollment activities. This role will work closely with the Benefits team to help ensure benefits questions are addressed accurately and efficiently while supporting ongoing HR initiatives.

Pay: $25/hr–$28/hr (depending on experience)
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch; 35 hours per week. This is a hybrid position requiring onsite work 4 days per week. Tuesdays are a required onsite day.
Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Our client is a private research university in Washington, DC, serving approximately 2,900 faculty members, staff, and retirees. The organization is seeking additional Benefits team support ahead of its annual Open Enrollment period.
