Job summary

Hei Hotels Inc. seeks a Temporary Bellman for The Westin New York Grand Central, on-site in New York, NY. You will assist guests with luggage, escort to rooms, explain facilities, and keep the lobby welcoming and organized throughout shifts.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to drive vans/ cars with a clean record, and the willingness to provide excellent guest service. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to drive vans, limousines, and automobiles with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and move luggage up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Show guests to rooms and assist with luggage.
• Explain hotel facilities, hours, and local attractions.
• Check luggage for day and overnight guests.
• Maintain the lobby, bell stand, and baggage room cleanliness.
• Greet guests warmly and open doors; deliver messages as needed.
• Perform airport pickups/drop-offs when required.
