Job summary

Levy is seeking an Assistant General Manager - Temporary for Snow Valley to ensure ideal workflow and exceptional service. The role includes supporting the management team, supervising staff, and maintaining safety and sanitation standards while fostering client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hospitality leadership, a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree (or equivalent experience), and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ hospitality leadership experience.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and reviews standards and work procedures for all staff.
• Directs safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs; maintains client relationships.
• Ensures client and customer satisfaction and cost-effective management.
• Promotes growth and development of associates.
• Coordinates tasks of supervisory/management team via regular communication.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
