Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Admissions/Marketing in a healthcare setting.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build relationships and guide families through decision-making processes.
• Flexible hours and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire admissions process from inquiry to move-in.
• Conduct tours for prospective residents and families, explaining services and environment.
• Assess needs of potential residents for placement and fit, prioritizing safety and care quality.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers, social workers, and family on required documentation.
• Maintain accurate resident records compliant with state/federal privacy laws.
• Lead admissions efforts to achieve census goals through responsiveness and relationships.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure smooth transitions for new residents.
