Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in Admissions, Marketing, or a similar role within a healthcare setting.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with empathy and professionalism.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and guide families through decision-making processes.
• Ability to work flexible hours and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the admissions process from inquiry to move-in.
• Conduct tours for prospective residents and families, explaining services and environment.
• Assess needs to ensure appropriate placement and safety.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers, social workers, and families to gather documentation.
• Maintain accurate resident records in compliance with regulations.
