Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 years of related experience in accounts payable, preferably in construction or home improvement environments.
• Experience with subcontractor and inventory AP/AR processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with accuracy and timeliness.
• Validate pricing against job standards and match invoices to work orders and POs.
• Record deposits and apply cash promptly to customer accounts.
• Support billing and collections in accordance with company policies.
• Reconcile and monitor work-in-progress and aging reports.
• Prepare reports for month-end close and internal management.
