Qualifications

• Degree in logistics or related field preferred.
• 5+ years proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and inventory control.
• Proven track record in leading a successful team.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving, storage, and shipping of goods.
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures.
• Optimize warehouse layout for space and efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with procurement and sales to manage stock levels.
• Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff.
• Schedule staff to ensure coverage and performance.
• Conduct safety inspections and enforce safety policies.
• Oversee maintenance of forklifts and conveyors.
• Prepare reports on warehouse performance and productivity.
