Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent with 5+ years in warehouse management.
• Experience leading a warehouse team and coordinating operations.
• Strong knowledge of safety policies and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage and shipping.
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures.
• Optimize warehouse layout for space and efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits.
• Recruit, train and supervise warehouse staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance; provide training.
• Oversee order fulfillment and customer service standards.
• Manage equipment maintenance for forklifts and conveyors.
• Prepare reports on performance metrics and lead continuous improvement.
