Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our Seattle distribution center. You will oversee receiving, inventory control, storage, shipping, and safety while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, multi-temperature environment.

The role requires 7+ years of warehouse operations and 3–5 years of leadership, with a degree in business, supply chain, or logistics preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of warehouse operations experience in a distribution center
• 3-5 years of leadership experience managing warehouse teams
• Knowledge of OSHA, HACCP, DOT and food distribution practices

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, storage, shipping
• Analyze operational and labor performance data to meet productivity and inventory objectives
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of ~45-50 associates through subordinate supervisors
• Support hiring, training, and retention initiatives to build a motivated workforce
• Audit processes to enhance accuracy, availability, sanitation, security, and efficiency
