Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years property management experience; multi-family property preferred.
• CRM or ARM certification preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and property management software (OneSite/ALN/RealPage).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Customer service-focused, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Property Operations & Staff: oversee daily operations, marketing, maintenance and retention.
• Conduct Engaging Property Tours: lead in-person and virtual tours highlighting features.
• Manage Financial Performance: set rental rates, oversee collections, budgets, invoices.
• Deliver Exceptional Resident Experience: handle escalated concerns, foster relationships.
• Inspect & Maintain Property Standards: daily walk-throughs to uphold appearance and safety.
• Maintain Accurate Records & Reporting: complete forms and regulatory documentation.
• Monitor Market Trends: stay informed on competitors and local conditions.
• Demonstrate Professionalism & Leadership: model reliability and KVM values.
