Responsibilities

• Own the property's operating budget, monitoring income and expenses monthly to achieve NOI targets.
• Lead leasing and maintenance teams to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Review weekly and monthly performance reports, identify variances, and implement corrective action.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and landlord-tenant regulations.
• Prepare owner reports communicating performance, risks, and recommendations.
• Coordinate vendor payments and approve invoices within policy.
