Smithtown Center is seeking a Unit Manager RN or LPN to join our nursing team. The position focuses on leadership of the unit, ensuring policy adherence and high-quality resident care.

Salary ranges from $43 to $53 per hour (license dependent). The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, with on-call weekends as needed and potential for transition to permanent full-time.

Qualifications

• NY RN or LPN Nursing License with previous managerial LTC experience
• Ensures the nursing staff follows facility policy and procedures
• Sets Unit goals and standards
• Consults with physicians as necessary
• Analyzes patient records to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of care
