Job summary

Aristacare Llc is seeking a Unit Nurse Manager (RN/LPN) in New Jersey to oversee care management for a defined unit. The role requires RN or LPN licensure in NJ and a minimum of six years’ supervisory hospital/LTC experience, plus training in rehabilitative nursing.

The candidate will coordinate care, lead nursing interventions under the Nurse Practice Act, and work with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes while ensuring regulatory compliance and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must possess valid RN or LPN license in New Jersey.
• 6 years of supervisory experience in a hospital or LTC setting.
• Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing.

Responsibilities

Unit Nurse Manager (RN/LPN)

Unit Manager– is reasonable to oversee the care management of a population of patients within an assigned area, unit or clinical function. The position conducts the nursing process, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation under the scope of the State's Nurse Practice Act of Registered Nurse licensure. The Unit Manager - RN coordinates resource utilization, timely and appropriate care interventions, and interdisciplinary communication to enhance patient and family satisfaction, adherence to center's clinical systems and regulatory compliance.

Requirements;

• Must possess, a valid RN or LPN license in the state of New Jersey.
• Must have 6 years of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long-term care facility (LTC).
• Must have training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
