Job summary

Acatparkside is seeking a Unit Nurse Manager (RN/LPN) to oversee care management within a dedicated unit. The role requires leading the nursing process, coordinating interdisciplinary care, and ensuring regulatory compliance to deliver quality patient outcomes.

The candidate must hold a New Jersey RN or LPN license, have at least 6 years of supervisory experience in a hospital or long-term care setting, and possess training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices to support optimal

Unit Nurse Manager (RN/LPN)

Unit Manager– is reasonable to oversee the care management of a population of patients within an assigned area, unit or clinical function. The position conducts the nursing process, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation under the scope of the State's Nurse Practice Act of Registered Nurse licensure. The Unit Manager - RN coordinates resource utilization, timely and appropriate care interventions, and interdisciplinary communication to enhance patient and family satisfaction, adherence to center's clinical systems and regulatory compliance.

Requirements;

• Must possess, a valid RN or LPN license in the state of New Jersey.
• Must have 6 years of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long-term care facility (LTC).
• Must have training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
