Qualifications

• Active New Jersey LPN or RN license.
• Prior long-term care or skilled nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations and workflow on the assigned unit.
• Supervise and support nursing staff (LPNs, RNs, CNAs).

• Administer medications and treatments as needed.
• Communicate with physicians, residents, and families regarding care updates.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and care transitions.
• Support infection control and quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to nursing staff.
• Ensure adherence to facility policies and state and federal regulations.
