Aufgaben

• Process daily transcript requests accurately.
• Validate diploma orders for accuracy.
• Update student records in the SIS.
• Support Club Sports eligibility verification.
• Process general forms and certifications.
• Respond to registrar inquiries via email/phone.
• Assist with replacement ID requests.
• Provide notary services if licensed.
• Protect FERPA compliance and data confidentiality.
• Collaborate with campus partners to resolve issues.
