The Temporary Student Services Assistant IV provides short-term operational support to the Office of the University Registrar (OUR) by assisting with high-volume records services, transcript processing, student record updates, and customer service functions. This role helps maintain accurate student information, supports routine records administration, and ensures timely completion of essential registrar services.
The position works closely with members of the Academic Records and Operations team and supports students, alumni, faculty, staff, and external organizations through records-related transactions and inquiries. The position contributes to the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of student records while helping maintain daily office operations.
This is a full-time, three-month temporary position with the possibility of extension depending on the needs of the office.
