Aufgaben

• Lead daily operations of the Marriott Student Learning Center, ensuring exceptional service and space utilization.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise student employees with a customer-service focus.
• Coordinate academic, recruiting, conference, and event space needs with faculty, staff, students, and external partners.
• Serve as the primary contact for operational, facility, technology, and service inquiries and escalations.
• Partner with library, IT, facilities, and event teams to deliver resources and tech support.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operations and student experience.
