Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking a Continuing Education Program Coordinator for a professional membership organization in Washington, DC, on a temporary-to-permanent basis. The role coordinates CLE programs, accreditation, reporting, and compliance activities with a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
• 5+ years of experience with a trade association and continuing education programs required
• Experience with data management, reporting, and AMS platforms; Impexium preferred
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including advanced Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and provide exceptional member service
• Excellent communication, organization, proofreading, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with attorneys, legal professionals, CLE programs, or accreditation processes is a plus

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Continuing Legal Education (CLE) programs, accreditation, reporting, and compliance activities
• Manage committee administration, appointments, meeting support, and data maintenance within Impexium
• Support three national meetings annually, including scheduling, speaker coordination, materials, and on-site logistics
• Prepare reports, surveys, presentations, meeting schedules, and committee communications
• Serve as a primary point of contact for member inquiries and deliver high-touch customer service
• Collaborate with committees, vendors, accounting, IT, communications, and meeting teams
