The D.C. Bar is seeking a Program Coordinator for the Continuing Legal Education (CLE) program to provide customer and logistical support for online and in-person courses, including live webcasts and on-demand content.

The role collaborates with staff and volunteer faculty to gather materials, manage registrations, and ensure compliance with accreditation requirements across 46 jurisdictions. You will operate the LMS, handle refunds and transfers, and help develop procedures to improve

• Prior relevant experience in office settings or program coordination.
• Excellent oral and written communication; able to multi-task.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and standard office software.
• Ability to work evenings to staff CLE courses.

• Ability to handle confidential information.

Responsabilités

• Handle incoming calls and emails with outstanding customer service.
• Provide CLE credit paperwork to registrants across 46 jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with staff and volunteer faculty to assemble course materials.
• Provide logistical support for online and in-person courses.
• Work with LMS vendor to troubleshoot issues.
• Upload course information in the LMS.
• Manage registrations, transfers, and refunds; respond to inquiries.
• Develop SOPs to improve registration and accreditation efficiency.
• Assist with pre-accreditation of in-person and online courses.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
