Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory and ensure counts match the computer system.
• Receive, count, and inspect incoming materials.
• Prepare and verify outgoing shipments and paperwork.
• Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures.
• Enter received materials into the inventory system.
• Move materials to the correct warehouse or production area.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient.
• Monitor packaging and cleanroom supplies and report low inventory.
• Help with physical inventory counts.
• Identify slow-moving or outdated inventory.
• Follow company safety, quality, and ISO procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Star Staffing is hiring an Inventory Control Coordinator for a client in Santa Rosa, CA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with an established medical manufacturing company.

The Inventory Control Coordinator will help maintain accurate inventory and make sure materials are received, stored, and shipped correctly and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory and make sure counts match the computer system.
• Receive, count, and inspect incoming materials.
