Job summary

Maravai LifeSciences is seeking a Temporary Logistics Coordinator I to manage shipping, receiving, and inventory activities for Alphazyme’s operations. You will support formulation and fulfillment processes while maintaining accurate records and clean, organized warehouse areas.

The role requires basic life science knowledge, good documentation practices, and familiarity with ISO 13485. On-site work in a fast-paced production environment is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life science (Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or Biotechnology) preferred.
• Knowledge of good documentation practices.
• Experience with ISO 13485 is desired.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and receipt all incoming goods and place them into inventory storage locations.
• Create labels, package goods, and transport to shipping location.
• Arrange carrier shipments and replenishment of shipping materials/labels.
• Support product formulations to maintain internal inventory and fulfill make-to-order demands.
• Support formulation of solutions and buffers for internal needs and external requests.
• Maintain documentation through work instructions and records; adhere to company quality standards.
• Keep warehouse and stockroom areas clean and organized; manage materials accordingly.
