Our client, a prominent global investment bank, is seeking a Temp-to-Perm Benefits Analyst to join its team in New York City.

This role will support open enrollment initiatives, health and welfare benefits administration, employee communications, compliance activities, audits, and vendor coordination while partnering closely with a high-performing benefits team.

The ideal candidate will have prior benefits, HR, or employee-facing experience within financial or professional services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, required.
• 1+ years of experience in benefits administration, human resources, recruiting, or a related function, required.
• Financial services, banking, or professional services industry experience, required.
• Experience managing employee inquiries, vendor coordination, audits, compliance activities, and reporting, required.
• Experience with leave of absence administration, preferred.
• Workday experience, preferred.

The hourly rate for this role is $33-$38/hr. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
