Job description

Our client, a prominent global investment bank, is seeking a Temp-to-Perm Benefits Analyst to join its team in New York City. This role will support open enrollment initiatives, health and welfare benefits administration, employee communications, compliance activities, audits, and vendor coordination while partnering closely with a high-performing benefits team. The ideal candidate will have prior benefits, HR, or employee-facing experience within financial or professional services.

• Experience managing employee inquiries, vendor coordination, audits, compliance activities, and reporting, required.

The hourly rate for this role is $33-$38/hr.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
