Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and enter into accounting system.
• Match invoices to POs and receiving documents when applicable.
• Verify accuracy, terms, approvals, and supporting docs.
• Prepare payment batches and process payments via ACH, check, or wire.
• Reconcile vendor statements and research balances.
• Assist with month-end close and accruals.
• Support Form 1099 preparation and reporting.
