Qualifications

• Two+ years accounts payable experience.
• Proficiency in accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and enter into accounting system.
• Match invoices to POs and receiving docs.
• Verify invoice accuracy, terms, and approvals.
• Prepare payment batches and process payments (ACH/check/wire).
• Reconcile vendor statements and research balances.
• Assist with month-end closing and accruals.
• Support annual Form 1099 preparation.
