Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources, recruiting coordination, talent acquisition support, or a related role.
• Experience assisting recruiters with candidate screening and interview coordination.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, recruiters, employees, and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to discuss open positions, role requirements, and candidate profiles.
• Assist with posting job advertisements and supporting recruiting efforts for available positions.
• Review applicant resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and help identify qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between applicants, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Support new employee onboarding, training coordination, benefits paperwork, and HR file maintenance.
• Audit time cards for accuracy and update HR records in compliance with company standards.
