AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a Dispatch Administrator in Brea, CA for a temp-to-hire opportunity in the fire life safety service and inspection environment. You will coordinate inspections, dispatch field teams, manage job status updates, and help keep service work moving efficiently.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in dispatch, scheduling, logistics coordination or related roles.
• Strong phone and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to work with PDF documents and basic digital documentation processes.
• Computer knowledge and ability to learn new software applications and service platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage changing schedules and shifting priorities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong sense of urgency, attention to detail and ability to maintain place keeping across multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, and dispatch Fire Life Safety inspections within the Repair, Service, and Inspection department.
• Schedule equipment, vendors, parts, materials, and job tools needed to complete service and inspection work.
• Create, track, and manage purchase orders, material orders, and related job documentation.
• Communicate with sales teams, field personnel, vendors, and internal departments regarding scheduling, progress, and status.
• Monitor upcoming and ongoing work while maintaining job status priority lists through completion.
• Track work orders, inspection reports, job updates, and required follow-up to ensure timely completion.
