Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years of accounting/finance experience.
• Associate degree in accounting, finance, business, or related coursework.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow established procedures and maintain confidentiality.
• Familiarity with general ledger activity, reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or financial reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Post daily general ledger entries and balance cash accounts.
• Reconcile ATM networks, research outages, and review check images.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, employee reimbursements, vendor documentation, and tax withholding activity.
• Handle money orders, charge-backs, returned fraud items, and monthly postings.
• Maintain compliance with BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, OFAC, SOX-related internal controls, and internal procedures.
• Prepare routine weekly and quarterly reports.
