Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting and payroll experience.
• Strong QuickBooks experience.
• Experience with Paylocity and/or ADP.
• Working knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly or biweekly payroll accurately and on time, including related reporting and timekeeping support.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice entry, payments, receipts, vendor payments, and collections support.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit card accounts, and accounting transactions to maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist with billing, accounting reports, employee records, and general office administration.
• Communicate professionally with employees, vendors, clients, subcontractors, and management.
• Support day-to-day accounting and administrative needs while maintaining organized and confidential records.
