We seek a motivated Temporary Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for production, manufacturing, engineering, and technical roles in a fast-paced hybrid environment. The assignment lasts at least six months with potential extension or conversion to full-time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Handle a high volume of open requisitions while maintaining quality and speed-to-fill metrics.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, develop recruiting strategies, and provide market insights.
• Source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and direct outreach.
• Conduct phone screens and evaluate candidates against requirements and culture.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates and teams.
• Extend offers and support pre-employment activities.
• Ensure Paycom ATS data is accurate and up to date.
