Job summary

URBN is seeking a Temporary Talent Acquisition Coordinator to provide high-volume administrative support for early career recruitment during a critical hiring season. Reporting to the Assistant Recruiter - Early Careers, this role acts as the operational backbone for internship and Drexel Co-op hiring cycles.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and excels at scheduling, materials prep, and candidate communications.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative operations.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage complex scheduling and materials.
• Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Forms).
• Flexible team player able to handle diverse administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Interview scheduling & logistics: manage complex calendar coordination for interviews.
• Materials preparation: print, organize, and assemble resume folders for interview days.
• Evaluation & file management: maintain candidate evaluation forms and tracking folders.
• Team & space support: assist Early Careers team with recruitment storage and materials.
