Reporting to the Assistant Recruiter - Early Careers, you will coordinate complex calendars, prepare interview materials, and maintain candidate evaluation files, ensuring smooth operations throughout the term.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative operations.
• Excellent calendar management and logistical coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with high-volume administrative execution.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Forms).

Responsibilities

• Manage heavy, complex calendar coordination for virtual co-op and intern candidate interviews.
• Print, organize, and assemble candidate resume folders for interview days.
• Create and maintain candidate evaluation forms and tracking folders in Google Drive.
• Provide operational support to Early Careers team and arrange recruitment storage spaces.
