Job summary

Parfums Christian Dior is seeking a highly organized temporary HR Assistant to support the HR team during maternity leave coverage. The role emphasizes planning and executing employee engagement initiatives aligned with global HR and local market priorities, while providing administrative support to senior HR leadership.

This cross-functional position requires strong communication, project coordination, and organizational skills, with exposure to both local and global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, internal communications, or event coordination is preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives in alignment with global PCD HR priorities and local North American market needs
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to senior HR leadership, including calendar coordination, meeting logistics, budget management and expenses
• Partner across teams (HR, Communications, CSR, Executive Assistants and external vendors) to ensure seamless delivery of programs and events
• Support onboarding and offboarding coordination for new hires, ensuring a smooth experience in partnership with HR and cross-functional teams
• Craft internal communications and ensure messaging is aligned with brand tone and organizational priorities
• Coordinate logistics, materials, and stakeholder communications for key initiatives and events
• Track timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple concurrent projects
