Mission Yogurt, Inc. is seeking a proactive, people-focused Temporary Part-Time Recruiter to provide recruiting support during a high-volume hiring period as we prepare to open 3 new locations in the Denver area.

The role involves coordinating interviews, screening candidates, and ensuring a positive experience for applicants and hiring managers. This temporary assignment offers hands-on exposure to recruiting and human resources, with opportunities to work closely with Recruiting and Operations

Qualifications

• Some recruiting, HR, hospitality, or administrative experience preferred, but not required.
• Comfortable talking with candidates by phone and asking screening questions.
• Friendly, professional, and able to create a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiting efforts across departments and locations during a high-volume hiring period.
• Review, process, and track applications and candidate submissions.
• Conduct initial phone screens for entry-level positions and help identify qualified candidates.
• Maintain timely and friendly communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Assist with posting and advertising open positions.
• Help coordinate interviews and keep candidates moving through the recruiting process.
• Support and assist with new team member orientations and onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and ensure confidentiality of candidate and employee information.
• Provide general support to the Recruiting and HR teams as needed.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
