Job summary

Mission Yogurt, Inc. is seeking a proactive Temporary Part-Time Recruiter to support high-volume hiring as we open 3 new locations near Denver International Airport.

This role focuses on candidates, interviews, and a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You will partner with Recruiting and Operations to post roles, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and help onboard new team members at Westminster, CO and Denver Airport.

Qualifications

• Some recruiting or HR experience preferred.
• Comfortable talking with candidates by phone.
• Friendly, professional, and able to create a positive candidate experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to keep track of multiple candidates and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiting efforts across departments and locations during a high-volume hiring period.
• Review, process, and track applications and candidate submissions.
• Conduct initial phone screens for entry-level positions and help identify qualified candidates.
• Maintain timely and friendly communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Assist with posting and advertising open positions.
• Help coordinate interviews and keep candidates moving through the recruiting process.
• Support and assist with new team member orientations and onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and ensure confidentiality of candidate and employee information.
• Provide general support to the Recruiting and HR teams as needed.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
