Job summary

Mission Yogurt, Inc. is seeking a proactive Temporary Part-Time Recruiter to support high-volume hiring as we prepare to open 3 new locations at the Denver Airport.

This approximately 3-month assignment runs through January 2027 and focuses on candidate engagement and moving applicants through the process. You will partner with Recruiting and Operations teams across Westminster, CO and the Denver Airport to source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates, while ensuring a positive candidate

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, preferably in fast-paced/high-volume settings.
• Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiting strategies and initiatives for multiple locations.
• Source and recruit candidates through direct sourcing, job boards, events, and fairs.
• Review applications, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews.
• Advertise open positions and maintain timely communication with candidates.
• Provide excellent service to managers, associates, and candidates.
• Report recruiting activity and outcomes to stakeholders.
