Job summary

Insperity seeks an Agency Temp Orientation Planner to coordinate the transition of new clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding process across multiple locations. You will manage travel, logistics, and documentation while collaborating with sales, orientation managers, and internal departments to achieve client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities include scheduling national orientation meetings, handling requests, and supporting related payroll and benefits roles.

Qualifications

• Schedules and supports the orientation process including travel preparations, resource and logistical planning, documentation verification, collection and problem solving.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to work with internal teams and external clients.
• Ability to manage multiple orientation requests and logistical details efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with sales, service teams and clients to coordinate national orientation meetings.
• Plans and schedules orientation activities, travel arrangements and related resources.
• Maintains documentation and ensures compliance with process requirements.
• Provides backup support to other payroll, benefits and orientation teams as needed.
• Responds to client needs with a positive, service-oriented attitude.
