Job summary

Insperity is seeking an Orientation Representative to enhance client experiences by delivering orientation presentations in-person and virtually to worksite employees. You will help clients onboard to Insperity and understand the value of the relationship.

Responsibilities include meeting with client owners, delivering concise presentations, documenting client data, and coordinating with internal service providers to ensure a smooth transition. Up to 20% travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or certification strongly preferred or 2 years related experience.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and present ideas.
• Travel up to 20% of time.

Responsibilities

• Meet with client owners to deliver orientation presentations to worksite employees.
• Provide timely, accurate documentation and communication to clients and internal teams.
• Explain Insperity resources and benefits to help onboarding and decision making.
