Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and document exams in EHR per standard procedures.
• Document patient exam including orders, meds, and scheduling return visits.
• Assist with scheduling and referral management.
• Prepare exam rooms and calibrate equipment.
• Explain procedures and medications to patients and families.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and PHI protection.
