Job summary

Astera Health is seeking a Temporary Materials Management Clerk at the Wadena Clinic in Minnesota. The role runs as a temporary position with an end date of October 16, 2026, with 80 hours per bi-weekly pay period, Monday through Friday 7:00am-3:30pm.

Responsibilities include replenishing stock, handling Omni Cells, cycle counts, receiving and recording inventory, inspecting shipments, and assisting with courier duties as needed. A High School diploma and a MN Class D license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Class D MN driver’s license.
• Combined education/experience acceptable for essential duties.

Responsibilities

• Replenishes and rotates products to maintain stock.
• Picks and delivers product requests and records receipts.
• Checks stock for expiration and removes outdated items.
• Inspects shipments for damage and records inventory.
• Performs Oracle data input and acts as backup courier as needed.
