Job summary

Astera Health is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented front desk associate to support Ottertail and Wadena clinic operations. You will greet patients, collect information, enter data into the EHR, schedule appointments, and assist with daily financial transactions.

The role requires strong communication, confidentiality, and teamwork, with occasional travel to the Wadena clinic on Wednesdays. Benefits include health/dental/vision, life and retirement plans, PTO, and a wellness program.

Responsibilities

• Floats to other locations to cover as needed.
• Process payments and print receipts; reconcile daily cash drawer.
• Submit supply requisitions to maintain stock of forms and supplies.
• Open and close the clinic; ensure security and preparedness.

This position is full-time: 80 hours per pay period, Monday - Friday with hours between 8:00a - 4:30p. This position would primarily be located at our Ottertail clinic, with travel to Wadena clinic on Wednesdays.
