Complete Care at Mercerville is seeking a dependable Temporary Maintenance Assistant to join our team through early September. This first-shift, full-time role focuses on hands-on maintenance to keep resident and staff environments safe and comfortable.

You'll perform routine tasks, troubleshoot basic issues, and support electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems while working with a friendly, dedicated team in a respected healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Maintenance, facilities, or building maintenance experience preferred.
• Healthcare or long-term care setting experience is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Dependable with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building and facility maintenance.
• Complete preventative and scheduled maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot and repair basic mechanical issues.
• Assist with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building repairs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests.
• Follow all safety policies and maintenance procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
