Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Computer knowledge and basic digital literacy.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot building mechanical problems.
• Perform maintenance on equipment, including preventive tasks.
• Work with electrical, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Follow safety rules and department procedures.
• Assist the Maintenance Director and Administrator as needed.
