Job summary

Remedy Intelligent Staffing is seeking an IT Help Desk Support Technician (Temporary) in Honolulu to provide day-to-day end-user technical support in-person, over the phone, and remotely. You will set up and troubleshoot workstations, laptops, and mobile devices, and support Microsoft 365 applications for user accounts and access issues.

The role requires 2–5 years in IT help desk, strong Windows and Microsoft 365 knowledge, good communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in IT help desk or technical support.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
• Experience with device management and troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day end-user technical support (in-person, phone, and remote).
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications, including user accounts, email, and access issues.
• Assist with basic systems and operational support to ensure smooth IT functionality.
• Respond to and resolve help desk tickets in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and IT assets.
• Support overall daily IT service coverage and team initiatives.
