Job summary

Pho Prime, LLC is seeking a reliable Mailroom/Store Associate to perform daily mail distribution tasks in our Omaha facility. This temporary 1st shift role handles incoming/outgoing mail, maintains stores/dry-goods worksheets, and supports inventory and courier duties as needed.

Responsibilities include processing mail, delivering to departments, updating MDC and Stores Inventory spreadsheets, and backing up Copy Center operations. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record is required.
• Familiarity with the Omaha Metro area is preferred.
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle safely and responsibly.
• Experience with Excel or Microsoft Applications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and deliver incoming and outgoing mail/packages.
• Assist with maintaining stores and dry-goods worksheets.
• Maintain MDC and Stores Inventory spreadsheets.
• Operate mailroom machinery and prepare mailings.
• Provide backup support for the Copy Center operations.
• Support courier tasks by driving to locations around Omaha.
• Resolve issues with forward distribution vendors as they occur.
• Meet attendance and punctuality expectations.
