Job summary

CSG is seeking a Mail Prep Operator for the Day Shift in Omaha, NE. The role involves inspecting mail per USPS specs and operating production equipment on the floor to process mail.

You will load mail onto USPS pallets and trucks, manage inventory for mail prep supplies, and keep daily logs to balance mail counts. A 12-hour rotating schedule is in place with overtime opportunities and weekend/holiday work.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate a computer and use Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent business English.
• Ability to stand/walk 95% of shift and lift 25–50 lbs.
• Pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Inspect inserted mail for USPS specifications and ensure compliance.
• Operate machinery on the production floor for mail processing.
• Load processed mail onto USPS pallets or carts and onto a USPS truck, ensuring correct pallet positioning.
• Understand inventory process for mail prep supplies and place orders if necessary.
• Maintain daily logs for recording and balancing mail counts.
