Job summary

Inspira seeks an Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end client benefit plan implementations from pre-sale through post-sale administration. You will manage detailed project plans, coordinate with sales, consultants, and plan sponsors, and ensure delivery aligns with client expectations.

Role involves cross-functional collaboration, issue tracking, and opportunities for cross-sales during the implementation process within a temporary assignment from September through mid-February.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in project management.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Finance or related field.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools and Salesforce CRM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point-of-contact for benefit plan implementation.
• Coordinate resolution of delivery-related issues and milestones.
• Partner with stakeholders to address critical implementation issues.
• Evaluate client exceptions and propose alternatives with minimal impact.
• Identify cost-sensitive items not in standard scope.
• Collaborate on design of complex account and benefit structures.
• Participate in client finalist meetings representing implementation capabilities.
• Identify opportunities for cross-sales and account rounding during implementation.
• Other duties as assigned.
