Job summary

Inspira Financial is seeking an Implementation Manager to guide client benefit plan installation from pre-sale through initial post-sale. You will create and manage detailed project plans, coordinate with sales, consultants, plan sponsors and internal teams, and resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction.

This temporary role runs from September through mid-February, with occasional travel and hybrid office guidelines. Strong collaboration and Salesforce experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, finance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead client implementations from pre-sale to post-sale.
• Develop and execute implementation plans with milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on client expectations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Support cross-sell opportunities during implementation.
