A leading Building Materials company is looking for an HRIS Analyst in Houston for a temporary assignment lasting about a year. The role involves supporting the Total Rewards department, ensuring HR system performance, and maintaining data integrity. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, HRIS experience, and strong analytical skills. This position offers a collaborative work environment with a pay range of $30 to $45 per hour.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience.
• Payroll certification preferred.
• Experience with HRIS/payroll systems required.
• Demonstrated ability to work with sensitive information.

Responsabilités

• Maintain time and attendance system.
• Serve as primary liaison for HRIS.
• Provide day-to-day HR systems support.
